A typical assignment will begin with an assessment of the clients existing facilities and preparation of a Gap Analysis based on Current Best Practices. Following the assessment and Gap analysis, the client is advised of optimization opportunities and cost/benefit analysis for the recommendations. The client may then select a program most suited to his needs and business objectives.
MTPL will assist with the development of the programs and implementation if requested. It is expected and intended that MTPL would assist the client in fine tuning any program they undertake as a result of the assessment.
MTPL is also experienced and capable in auditing Maintenance practices and systems to ensure the client is actually receiving value for his expenditure and effort. Wastage and unnecessary activities are highlighted thereby, providing the client with valuable information in his operation. This service is available directly for the client as well as third party consultants.
