Maintenance Technologies Pte Ltd
Electrical Engineering
MTPL personnel have in excess of 35 years experience designing, maintaining and providing detailed analysis of electrical power systems for Industrial plant situations.
The company is poised to undertake Front End Engineering assessments for process plant electrical design, specializing in electrical machine and apparatus selection and evaluation. In recent years there has been significant emphasis concerning large machine insulation systems and the evaluation of the present insulation systems to be 'fit for service'.
Remaining Useful Life (RUL) studies are significant for the industrial electrical and utility systems. MTPL uses the state of the art testing apparatus coupled with diagnostic techniques presently in use along with some proprietary programs that will confidently result in determination of machine health to enable the equipment to meet future expectations.
MTPL is also the regional agent for world class Power System Analaysis software produced and marketed by CYME International of Canada. This software is used extensively in utility and industrial settings to model and calculate power system response and behaviour.
The company is fully capable to undertake Power Flow, Short Circuit, Stability, Harmonic Analysis, Motor starting, Protective relay Coordination, EMTP analysis, Cable system design, Arc Flash calculation, and especially for the power distribution utilities, the capability to undertake Distribution and substation grounding design and analysis.
MTPL has developed experience and capability to undertake Electrical Power System design in the Marine and Ship conversion field. Fully automated Generator control and Power System Management systems are included in the portfolio.
A recent addition to MTPL capabilities is the addition of a current EMTP analysis program, whereby all ectro magnetic transients can be analysed fo effect on the power system
MTPL should be contacted for any electrical machine problem analysis, design and provision of power system software.
The company also conducts onsite training in power system analysis and maintenance as well, conducting open seminars on various power system topics.
